About Ceola

Experienced Realtor focused on listing and selling Residential homes since 2002. I also entered Real Estate with over 20 years of prior marketing, promotion and customer service expertise obtained at major corporations. This experience used in the development of focused and targeted marketing leading to the delivery of an optimal sales price  for homeowners. 

Business expanded in 2005 to include listings of Foreclosures and Short sales many of which are luxury homes. Broker license obtained in 2009 with continued focus on providing owners with optimal internet exposure, advertising and market positioning to generate the maximum number of potential buyers viewing their home. Professional photographraphy also used to visually heighten listing appeal.  

Became a member of Luxury Home Marketing Institute in 2019; obtaining CLHMS designation  for sales of homes valued at top of market. Guild designation also received in recognition of closing of listings over $1MM.

I partner with a diverse group of Real Estate Professionals at Elite Realtors of New Jersey who are fluent in different languages. Some of which include Mandarin, Spanish, Portuguese, and Russian.
