Dawn is a mother of three and is familiar with local school systems and community resources for people of all ages. She purchased her first home in Matthews in 1996 and has been an active community member since that time. She is an active volunteer with Union County Public Schools and the Down Syndrome Association of the Greater Charlotte area.
