About Gabriele

Gabriele was born and raised in Munich, Germany, where she worked as a school teacher for 26 years. In 1991 while vacationing and visiting Sarasota together with her husband Bruce, they fell in love with the beautiful Sarasota area and its barrier islands. Already then they started to invest in Real Estate in the Sarasota Area and started their vacation rental business. Yearning for tropical breezes and a more relaxed lifestyle, they decided in 2000 to make Sarasota their permanent home and Gabriele became a Real Estate Broker. In addition to the Certified Residential Specialist CRS designation, she graduated at Graduate Real Estate Institute GRI, and holds the Certified International Property Specialist CIPS, Accredited Buyer Representation ABR, Internet Professional e-PRO and the Certified New Home Sales Professional CSP designations. Gabriele is a Guild Elite member of the “Institute for Luxury Home Marketing”, holds the designation as a “Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist” and a member of the “Million Dollar Guild” in the Institute. She has been named by the Sarasota Magazine “Five Star - Best in Client Satisfaction” for 18 years.

After 12 years working as an independent Boutique Brokerage Firm, Gabriele has been approached by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty with an offer to merge with them. In August 2018 Gabriele and her Businesspartner Rudi Weiss decided that these two companies are an excellent match and joined the Berkshire Hathaway team as the CHARITY & WEISS International Group with Gabriele and Ruediger as Team Leaders. After working with BHHS for 5 years, Gabriele and Rudi opened up their own small Brokerage Firm again and are now independent again as CHARITY & WEISS International LLC and they are enjoying to offer their professional service with an emphasis on personalized and attentive service which is driven by their client’s evolving wants and needs and it is established on a foundation of outstanding and comprehensive client care.
