Broker Associate/Team Leader – The Vail Real Estate Team

Kathy has been a Real Estate Broker in the Vail Valley for the last 41 years.  She has been a Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker for 40 of those years. As such, Kathy continues to be among the Top Coldwell Banker Agents Worldwide.

Kathy has been involved in all areas of Real Estate since first obtaining her license in 1982. She has earned top awards within the Coldwell Banker Corporation Worldwide; having received the "International President's Premier (Top 1%) Award", "International President's Elite (Top 3%) Award" and the "International President's Circle (Top 4%) Award" various times throughout her career. She was a Broker Owner, and Managing Broker, for Coldwell Banker Timberline Real Estate in Vail before she and her Partners sold the office in 2012 to Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties.  She was the Managing Broker for Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties from 2012 to 2014.  In 2014, she and her Partners joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Colorado.  She was the #3 Individual Broker Associate in 2014.  In 2016, she and her Partners joined Coldwell Banker Mountain Properties, in their Vail office, where she was Managing Broker from 2019 to 2021.  She continues now as a Broker Associate. 

Kathy has been actively involved in both local, regional and national Real Estate, having been a President of the Vail Board of Realtors® in 1995-1996 and named "Realtor® of the Year" in 1993.  She has been active on numerous committees within the Vail Board of Realtors®, the Colorado Association of Realtors® (CAR) and the National Association of Realtors® (NAR). She was the Mountain District Vice-President in 1997-1998 & again in 1999-2000.  She was a Senior Faculty Member for the Colorado Association of Realtors® for 22 years as well as having been instrumental in helping to develop the "Resort Committee” and “RSPS Resort Designation" within NAR.
