About Melissa

Real Estate is a family tradition for Melissa who has deep roots in Austin, Texas.  She is a Native Texan, University of Texas graduate and a proud Austin resident since 1981.  Melissa still recalls when the 360 Bridge over Lake Austin wasn't complete, when Robert Mueller Airport served Austin with only 5 gates and when Aqua Fest was the biggest event every summer on Auditorium Shores. 

Melissa's training in real estate began long ago with her parents.  Repeatedly they were grouped with Austin's finest, leading agents.  Soon after Melissa married in 1993, her husband too, began a successful career selling real estate and eventually transitioned into the mortgage industry.  With constant exposure to the real estate profession, it was only natural for her to eventually take the same path.   

Melissa is passionate about two things: her city and her clients.  You will find she has a wealth of knowledge on local communities and her exceptional skills in walking you through every part of a real estate transaction smoothly is second to none.  Her grasp on handling challenges, negotiating and her willingness to go above and beyond for each client are true assets.  Providing clients with a real estate experience that exceeds expectations and to develop relationships that last long after the transactions are done is something Melissa values most.
