As we Spring into Summer and I have time to reflect, I am so grateful for and humbled by the dozens of Clients I got to assist in either Selling or Buying a home here in Mohave County, AZ.  From Kingman to Bullhead City to Lake Havasu City and in between, the market is HOT HOT HOT!  While NOW is a great time for Sellers, since inventory has been so low and prices have sky rocketed, the trend is starting to turn, making it a little less frustrating for Buyer's. As more homes come on the market, qualified Buyer's are finding it a little easier to find a home.  

My style is Collaborative and Cooperative. You may find me cleaning a house or helping clients move or raking a yardor front porch or picking weeds at a Seller's home. I strive for wonderful relationships with my clients and YOUR happiness is my goal. Don't let my kindness fool ya though as I am not a push over but rather a master negotiator.

I've clocked hundreds of training hours during the pandemic, sitting in on Town Halls, Tech and marketing training, motivational and business professionalism. You won't find a more "hands on" Real Estate Agent in the area, hands down. My Business degree is from William Penn University out of Iowa and I graduated with Cum laude honors. I hold my Accredited Buyer's Rep Cert and Senior Real Estate Specialist Cert.  I am a Certified Negotiations Expert, a Listing Specialist and most recently acquired my Institute of Luxury Marketing designation.
