Guanina and Rodney at Wow Real Estate were (and are) excellent. They helped us find and close a lease on a beautiful apartment, then 3 months later close on a home nearby that we plan to fix up and move into once our lease ends. Their assistance with finding properties and setting up showings was great, but it is really in the negotiating and closing that they made such a huge difference to work with. I highly recommend them for any first time home or apartment buyers in PR (or 2nd and 3rd time buyers). Plus they introduced us to our favorite restaurants and found us a great beach tennis instructor.
