Everyone knows that home sales involve an economic scenario of supply and demand. When the supply is low, prices go up and the reverse is true when the supply is high. It is especially a factor when the market is more confined. That was the case when we enlisted the services of Rick Ferguson. The home sale market during 2024 suggested we would sell our home quickly at the end of the year. Of course, not much sells during the fall holidays season. We listed our home with Rick in December 2024. The prior six month market data suggested a price that Rick and we thought it would sell for. We didn't expect much during the holidays but even after the first of the year, it became obvious that selling our home was going to tougher than everyone thought. Rick constantly assessed sales activity and provided us with a weekly update on the market and sales activity. Rick increased his marketing efforts, held numerous open houses and followed up with potential buyers in an attempt to get our property sold. He was always positive and at the same time, diligent in his efforts to reach out to an expanding market to get details of our home in front of potential buyers. He always kept us updated on closings, sales prices, new listings and other relevant market data. He was sensitive to our needs and demonstrated compassion, perseverance, diligence, and an unwavering commitment to get the property sold. You would have thought we were his only listing but of course, that was not the case. We did eventually sell our house, but it was not achieved without Rick's consistent efforts and diligence. His understanding of the market demographics and external influences was a demonstration of professionalism. We are very grateful for his services and know we would not be sitting in our new home without his skills. We would highly recommend Rick.
