About Teresa

Teresa Lomax is a Realtor ® for Equity Colorado Real Estate. She serves the entire Denver Metro Area, helping families throughout the front range navigate through each part of the home buying and selling process. 

Mastery of the Real Estate industry is something Teresa is continually striving to achieve.  In addition to being a Seller’s Representative Specialist (SRS), she also holds the Accredited Buyer’s Representative, (ABR) designation given by the National Association of Realtors®.   She has received advanced training in 1031 Exchange programs for Real Estate investors, has the Graduate Realtor ® Institute (GRI) designation, is a Certified Military Residential Specialist (CMRS), and is a Certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE).  When she was a Realty at Coldwell Banker Realty, she was a member of the International Diamond Society, an award is given to the top 20 percent agents globally who have achieved outstanding production in closed sales. 

Having a sharp eye for detail while being able to keep the big picture in sight are two traits she believes are essential for all real estate transactions.  In addition, Teresa is highly versed in the market, knowing that even though the Denver Metro area is large, various communities within this region have specific patterns and ever-changing prices that her clients must know about before making any decision on setting a price for a sale, or making an offer to purchase.

Teresa believes first and foremost in integrity, honesty and fair dealing.  Getting her clients the best and most relevant information in order to make an informed decision is her highest priority.  She works hard to negotiate the best possible price and terms for her clients, while always striving to manage the process with the least amount of stress possible.

On a personal note, Teresa and her husband Chris have lived in Colorado for more than a decade, moving here originally from Oregon.  She enjoys hiking, cooking, reading and spending time with their three dogs: Bailey, Echo and Lily.
