About Catherine

Catherine was born and raised in rural suburbs of Denver, CO where she rode horses and was actively involved in many school organizations.  Her parents were entrepreneurs and gave her a solid business background.  

She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing worked as a certified diabetes educator for several years before beginning her family.  She was treasurer of the PTO and volunteered at the Aiken County Animal Shelter.  She is an active member of St. Catherine Orthodox Church.  Catherine worked as a school nurse in the Aiken County Public Schools for several years.  

She and her husband began doing real estate investing and it seemed like a natural transition to step into a career as a Real Estate Professional - to use her knowledge of buying and selling homes, her compassion as a nurse, and her business oriented background to help others find their perfect property.  She and her husband do real estate investing in renovations and rental properties, and enjoy helping others do the same.

Catherine is a member of the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing and has certifications and designations as a Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE), Pricing Strategies Analyst (PSA), At Home With Diversity (AHWD), Commitment to Excellence (C3EX).  She has served on the SCR Grievance Committee since 2020.
