She spared no expense; aerial photography, interior pictures, floor plan, advertising, and other things I’m not even aware of. She did the social media advertising she said she would do. There’s nothing more impressive than a realtor who makes good on her word. My house had multiple offers in less than a week and sold at a price I didn’t think possible. I’ve worked with other realtors before but I have to say hiring Vikktoria was the best thing I could have done. She knows technology and uses it, she has her hand on the pulse of the market, she’s very energetic and always professional. I had a great experience. I have struggled to write this review, as it is hard to find the words to describe just how AMAZING Vikktoria Cooper is !!!!!!! Our forever home buying journey began with the sale of our adorable home. Leaving a house we poured our heart and sole into for 17 years was emotional, and stressful. After searching for the RIGHT realtor to help us find our forever home, we spoke with Vikktoria, and immediately we knew we had found the best .. When I say the BEST, I mean THE BEST. Vikktoria was responsive, resourceful, and powerhouse. She also spent an exorbitant amount of time and patience helping us find the perfect home. Not only did Vikktoria support us throughout the rollercoaster of emotion that came with our search, she took away the stress of the small things that we could never have imagined would come our way. She helped us with everything from the search, to negotiations, even with resources on people to help us move all of our belongings. Vikktoria went above and beyond in everything she did.
