My search for a new home started rather casually - I had just moved to a new state and was trying to get familiar with the neighborhoods. Apart from that, I was a first-time home buyer so the process was completely unknown to me. Adrienne responded to an inquiry I sent on a home almost immediately (which was crazy because it was SUPER early in the morning, lol) and we were able to set up a meet & greet for later that day. And so glad we did! Being native to CO, Adrienne offered insight when I found different properties to check out, she was extremely patient with my million questions and off-hour texting when I found "THE" house - like, 10 times. In an industry that often requires a quick response time and turnaround, she was on point. I would absolutely recommend and work with her again. I'm sure there was a ton of work and tangles on the back end but from my perspective, it was easy peasy... and now I'm a home owner!
