Rachel, did a wonderful job selling our second home. Of course she gets the area. She grew up there! And frankly, understanding the area is the price of entry to selling real estate these days. Yes, her property photos were great and she knows how to negotiate. Listing our property was the easy part. Actually getting it to closing and having to deal with 'less than savvy,' and difficult buyers was the challenging part. We had boundary line issues, the buyers missing deadlines and changing financing, and appraisal issues. We could not and probably would not have ever gotten there without her help. Rachel did so with grace and with a laser focus on getting us the best deal possible. It was her above and beyond service that makes us want to give her a five star review.
