Kathy K’s Review Lisa's persistence and patience made for a positive home buying experience It was such a pleasure working with Lisa to find our new place. My husband and I had very specific needs. Lisa kept up on the various listings, saving me the stress of overload. It was kind of Lisa to go the extra miles to show us houses, usually without much notice. She remained confident when it seemed impossible to find the right place for us. The first find that met all our needs, fell through. We scrambled trying to find a replacement. We had reached the end of our search wondering if there really was a place for us. As we were sitting in the Moscow Safeway parking lot, bummed because there was nothing that had met our needs. As we were getting ready to drive home a curious call came from Lisa. Our preferred place came back on the market. Before she could get the question out, I was elated and saying "yes, we want that place". The rush was on. Our place was not yet listed. Kathy & Bob’s Review The Patience of a Wonderful Realtor! I appreciated Lisa listening to our wants for our next place. I know she researched diligently for homes that would work best for our situation. When the perfect place came on the market, Lisa was quick to get our offer in. She had helpful ideas for presenting our offer. It was so exciting the moment our offer was accepted. Then, when our offer was unaccepted, Lisa went above her role. She knew our disappointment. All of us searched diligently for the next perfect place. My husband and I were parked at the Moscow Safeway parking lot ready to give up or take a pause (we do not not enjoy house hunting).
