·        6 months - US Dept of HUD – Property Disposition Div. clerk/typist working with foreclosed properties

·        10+ years as Realty Specialist (similar work and skills to Realtor for Federal Government) for the General Services Administration (Federal Government) in contracting for Commercial Leases, Commercial Brokerage Division.

·        8+ years as Federal Contracting Officer - duties included developing client requirements, contract specifications, SFOs, Marketing plans, negotiating and executing Real Estate Lease contracts on behalf of the Federal Government.  As a journeyman Contracting Officer, could execute contracts of an unlimited dollar amount. Represented numerous Federal agencies in satisfying their real estate needs – from Courts, US Army, SBA, FEMA, assorted other Federal and military agencies, etc.

·        Oversaw numerous alteration projects in leased space, with many alteration contracts valued in excess of $500,000.

·        Maintained lease management oversight for approximately 990,000 SF of leased and Federally owned space.

·        Marketed, Negotiated, Executed and Managed $60 Million federal contract for a 10 year lease on a 440,000 SF Building to house various federal tenants.

·        1 year prior experience with working as clerical lead for a real estate title closing attorney.
