About Terrence

Terrence has worked as a certified appraiser for over a decade in the DFW market, having appraised over 7000 properties for banks, AMCs, and private individuals he has extensive experience evaluating complex properties. Due to his training and experience he has appraised high end homes in Tarrant, Johnson, Parker, Dallas, and Collin counties. Having all of this experience as an appraiser, Terrence decided years ago to get his own license as a realtor and became licensed as a broker in 2022. He initially got the license to represent himself in the purchase and disposition of his own personal properties but then also assisted family and friends and he is now expanding into the broad market as a realtor with a focus on luxury properties. Terrence spends his free time with his family and loves playing with his children which include Ronin, Belle, and in about 7 months a new baby--we haven't decided on a name yet! Other interests and hobbies include: investing, business, nutrition, education, exercise/fitness, film, technology, travel, architecture, and art!
