NAI ASSASSA is an outstanding realtor. As a first-time home owner, I definitely had lots of questions.. but Nai was very responsive and informative. As we began to zero in on a house, I made sure to guide the home buying process the way I wanted it!!—and Nai was onboard as she presented each house I wanted to see feeling satisfied and not rushed, making me feel prioritized (even scheduling 2 showings of the house I fell in love with so that I could see it first myself and then with family). The whole home-buying process was very simple and easy to follow as Nai worked well with the lenders (Veterans United) utilizing my VA Home Loan, making a seamless transition—making those calls. She is definitely a Hard-Charger at team RE/MAX and reading the other comments, a very pleasant person to work with. I definitely recommend!
