I can recommend Lee Ann to anyone buying or selling residential property on the Kitsap peninsula. My wife and I moved from Northern California to Kitsap and rented a small home while we looked for a place to buy. Lee Ann helped us get to know the area, the differences between the towns, clued us in to the market, organized home visits and inspections, and even gave tips on the weather patterns and local coffee! She liaised very well with our loan broker and the title company. She even game me the name of a local RE attorney who helped answer a question about a tricky land use issue with one property; his advice was spot on and confirmed my view that we should move on from it, and we did. Perhaps the best thing she did was give us a reality check when we were getting a bit frustrated in the middle of the search to get us better focused on what we really wanted. We are now moving into our new home, and as we do, we’re making some minor aesthetic improvements with a great contractor Lee Ann referred to us. She was our agent -- now we consider Lee Ann our first new friend in the Kitsap area.

Lee Ann has helped us sell our wonderful Manette home, sell the property we previously purchased, and buy another parcel of land! She also put us in touch with one of her friends to help us buy a house when she was out of state with her family.
