Born raised in Missouri & Arkansas, I have been married to Ken Hull since 1983. We took a job relocation to Sedona, AZ in June 1997 to manage two 5 star resorts. After a few years as a comptroller & general manager of the Ridge on Sedona Golf Resort, I decided to get my real estate license in fall of 2004. Since I believe in learning something new every day, I have since taken additional real estate courses to earn several advanced designations including, Global Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Accredited Buyers Representative, Graduate of Realtor Institute, Certified Distressed Property Expert, Accredited Staging Professional, Certified Risk Management Specialist, Military Relocation Professional,  and Certified Vacation Rental Professional. I have always had a love of working with buyers & sellers, especially in the Sedona & Verde Valley market of Arizona. I have several international clients that I work with & oversee their homes when they are out of the country as a Home Watch professional. 

After 7 years as a vacation rental quality control specialist and top closing Realtor specialist for Federal Employee Relocations with Prudential Relocation in Scottsdale, AZ, where I had the highest closing rate in the government section of relocations for almost 2 years, working with multiple state, Puerto Rico & Virgin Islands Realtors to get thei client homes sold and new purchases in relocation destination. I started my own business as Hull AZ Homes - Staging, Redesign & Project Management in 2018.  There was a demand for a licensed Realtor that had the vendor connections & experience to handle larger remodel, water damage,&  reconstruction work. I took up that challenge to assist my clients that wanted to update their homes or needing to  staging assistance in order to get the best return on investment during the sales process.  I use only licensed contractors to do the various jobs and over see the project stays on the timeline quoted to the clients. I also do complete staging of vacation rental properties & offer that service as part of my listings so that they are turn key for buyers or the property management companies for Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com and other various websites. I am approved by Angi & Revitalize to work with both buyers & sellers to make home improvements to get the sale done. 

My general real estate specialties are vacant land, residential, luxury homes & small commercial or multi-family units. I am a multi-million dollar producer in sales and will continue to educate myself in all things real estate, especially in Yavapai & Coconino counties of AZ.
