Additionally, Tanya understands and has extensive experience in the process of dealing with Sellers & Buyers. She represents The City of Sacramento with the listings & sales of SHRA (Sacramento Housing & Redevelopment Agency) Through this program she lists homes that have been completely renovated to assist lower income families obtaining the dream of homeownership.

Along with her husband and thirteen year old son, she is an active passionate person within the Sacramento community. She works at the Sierra Oaks office, lives in the Land Park Community and owns rental homes in the Greenhaven/Pocket. Tanya gives and serves on the Board of Fairytale Town, First Tee, Volunteers of America and several other children's charities. She is active within the Lyon Cares Charitable Foundation that serves the following: Loaves & Fishes, Wind Youth Services, Coat Drives, Home Aid and other community charities.
