My niece asked Kelly Barger to see if she could help me sell my house. She called me immediately and we set up an appointment to develop and implement a sales plan for my home. She was a pleasure to do business with and very attentive and responsive to my queries and concerns, as I was about to sell the home I had been living in for over 37 years! At our meeting she expertly laid out our strategy as follows: show the home on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Then meet on Sunday to review contracts. As she predicted, by Saturday afternoon I had several contracts!! On Sunday we picked the one contract she recommended that offered $15K above listed price with no contingencies! Kelly is very dynamic, worked efficiently and was very caring. She kept me informed at all times all the way into our successful day of closing. Now let me share with you why we chose Kelly. We were interviewing agents to see who would work with us and could see our vision on how we would like it done. She told us it would be no problem, while others said it would not work. Selling your parent’s house is not easy, especially when your still grieving and they had a lot of stuff. Kelly was a burst of energy when we needed the boost. She was a ray of sunshine on the hard days. She would share words of encouragement along with her beautiful smile. She was very knowledgeable about the area. She had everything lined up and ready to go when we were ready to put it on the market. She had the house visible for all to see through the technology websites. We had multiple offers come in for our house. So we were able to choose which offer was best for us. Kelly made that happen . Other things we liked about Kelly was that she took the time to explain everything to us when we had doubts and questions. She shared her wisdom, direction , and ideas. Some days she would give us a call and say all you have to do is show up and sign the paperwork (we would look it over of course). Looking back now that our house is sold, Kelly made it very easy.
