"We cannot thank Tracy Spencer enough for all of her hard work, expertise and guidance throughout our home purchase. There are many reasons why working with Tracy made our experience stress free, but at the top of the list was her personal involvement in every step of the process. Ours was unique being a new build, but in many ways, this made it much more complicated and required her attention for almost nine months! From the very beginning Tracy made sure we had her full support and knowledge. She came to every meeting from the initial conversations with the builder's realtor, to the land purchase, design selections, multiple inspections, zoom meetings, pre-closing walk through and finally to the law firm for the purchase transaction.
