About Seth

Seth shifted to real estate from a career in college administration and counseling using his experiences in project management, thoughtful communications, contract negotiations, and counseling to support his clients. Seth's goal is not only to truly understand what his clients are trying to achieve, but to support them through their entire process from the first meeting through the closing and beyond. In his free time, Seth can be found restoring his 125 year old historic home, playing in the dirt in his garden, reading mystery novels, diving into interior design, being dragged around the neighborhood by his Husky/Chow Chow rescue dog (Lucy) or spending time with his partner David.
