About Carla

I was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, where I first pursued a career in law. Twenty-five years ago, I made a bold change — leaving law school to move to the U.S. and become a Registered Nurse. Service has always been at the center of who I am, and nursing taught me discipline, compassion, and resilience. Eventually, that same heart for serving others led me to Real Estate.

From the very start, I knew I had found my calling. In my first year as a REALTOR®, I earned Top 5 Producer recognition and I’m projected to close more than $18.3 million in sales volume, representing listings, buyers, new construction, and new development. I have set out to redefine what success looks like in a rural market — proving that excellence, innovation, and luxury service belong everywhere, not just in big cities. This milestone isn’t just about numbers — it is proof that faith, grit, and vision can break barriers and set new standards, even in small markets.

Now, I’m expanding my vision to include international sales and investments. With roots in Brazil and a thriving career in the U.S., I’m uniquely positioned to help clients who want to call both countries home — whether they’re relocating, investing, or selling across borders. I speak Portuguese, English, and Spanish fluently, allowing me to seamlessly connect with clients from diverse backgrounds and markets.

What motivates me runs deeper than sales. I’m building a business rooted in faith, family, and fierce determination. Every home is more than walls and a roof — it’s legacy, freedom, and impact. I want my daughters to see what’s possible when women lead with strength, vision, and integrity.
