I’m going to do something that I don’t usually do yet this time I must. We recently bought a home with the help of Christopher. In fact this is our second time working with him. He helped us to sell a home a few years ago and now to purchase a new one. He did everything for us and let me tell you I do mean everything. Multiple times he picked us up from the airport to tour homes, when we couldn’t fly up he arranged multiple inspections, regular updates (I love accurate, timely, and efficient communication!), coordinated with our out of state agent, and even negotiated a preoccupancy agreement for us. He’s OUTSTANDING! His knowledge, guidance, and patience helped us to navigate a very complex situation when the buyers’ mortgage company caused a two week delay on the closing of our place in Florida. He worked with us to find a workable solution so that we wouldn’t lose the house we wanted in Georgia. I can’t recommend him enough!!!!

Christopher Matos-Rogers went above and beyond in helping me find my new home in Atlanta. Friendly and knowledgable, from the minute I called him from out of state he was on the case taking videos of properties then providing additional info on each listing. Working with Christopher I always felt I was one step ahead of the game. As I quickly found out, it’s a fast moving market here in Atlanta, and one can’t waste a moment when something that catches your eye hits the market. He responds to texts and calls immediately and is “lighting fast” setting up viewings. He submits concise offers quickly then immediately follows up with the seller with well researched, personalized negotiation. He came highly recommended as he’s very tuned in to specific architectural styles and eras — especially MCM — which can be quite a challenge here in Atlanta. In addition, he was very patient as I flip flopped in what I was actually looking for. Most importantly, he proved to be a very honest and good guy. He had no hesitation in pushing me away from more expensive properties if he didn't think I was getting a good deal or the property wasn't a good fit for my particular situation.
