Stacy came highly recommended and from the first moment speaking with her, it was clear that she would be extremely knowledgeable about the real estate throughout the broad “North County” region, and would help us on our journey of becoming first-time homeowners. Throughout the process, I felt that Stacy was genuine and cared about us finding a place we would call home. My husband and I had rented for a long time (~6 years) in San Diego (Baypark by Mission Bay) and Carlsbad, and we were excited to begin exploring the possibility of becoming first-time home buyers. When we came to Stacy, we were still understanding our desires for our growing family, in terms of where exactly in North County we wanted to live (Leucadia/Carlsbad/Oceanside/San Marcos/Bonsall), how much we wanted to spend (very wide range), and what type of home would make sense for us (townhouse or single family home). We also were under some time pressure; I was starting the second trimester of my first pregnancy and wanted to be relatively settled by the end of the my second trimester, and all things considered, Stacy delivered there, even with all of the unknowns. Stacy was very professional and supportive throughout the process; my husband and I generally ask a lot of questions, are very thoughtful and like to weigh our options very carefully, and also my husband and I had very different visions of our future home at first. After showing us a few properties and encouraging us to get a feel for what we wanted from open-houses, we refined our vision, and we were shown even more properties (that were very scattered around the area) by Stacy in two very jam-packed weekends. We ended up finding our dream, single-family home in Oceanside (in an area that Stacy had predicted we would gravitate towards during our first meeting); the home we purchased through Stacy was a four-bedroom home with a backyard that we wanted for our dog. She was able to negotiate very well; we ended up getting our dream property slightly below asking, with extensive seller credit (maximum credit allowed by the lender), and other perks (like some critical repairs, home warranty covered, and a deep clean before move-in). She also helped us move communication along with everyone we had to deal with along the way, and we were able to move very quickly. She responded to text messages and phone calls in a very timely fashion, and she went above and beyond to wrap up the deal. I highly recommend Stacy and would work with her again in a heartbeat
