About Mandy

Mandy is a native of the Montrose area. She started her real estate career right out of high school. From there, Mandy went on to work as a corporate real estate specialist for Xcel Energy in Denver, dealing with high profile commercial and industrial projects covering a multi-state area. From these experiences, Mandy decided to start her own real estate company and move back to the Montrose area. Mandy has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree (BBA) with a management concentration from Mesa State College (now Colorado Mesa University). She also was a member of the City of Montrose Planning Commission and worked as a contract agent for Tri-State Generation & Transmission Association, focusing on right-of-way projects and governmental affairs. She now enjoys running the Norris-Phillips Real Estate office and enjoys working hard for her buyer and seller clients in the area. Mandy enjoys spending time with her family.
