10/10 experience dealing with Con and Linda. I had viewed a few properties over the past 6-12 months with Con and his approach every time was very honest. There was no false promises or dodgy sales techniques. Just an honest approach to the property with an excellent knowledge of other properties in the vicinity, the people living in the area and recent market trends. Throughout the bidding process, Con was very honest and upfront about everything I felt I knew where I stood at every stage. When it came to the closing of the sale he was always there when needed also. Con and Linda were always there if I needed access to the property for reports, etc and most importantly were always a pleasure to deal with. Too many times I ended up just getting stuck having a chat with everyone because of their friendly nature. As a purchaser, couldn't recommend them highly enough.
