Originally from North Wales in the United Kingdom, Shian has lived internationally in the Netherlands, Singapore, Australia, Canada, and the United States. Having personally relocated across countries, cultures, school systems, and housing markets, she understands that buying or selling a home is never just about the property. Before moving into real estate, Shian worked as an Occupational Therapy Service Manager within the UK National Health Service. That background shaped the way she works today: thoughtful listening, clear communication, careful observation, strategic planning, and a steady focus on the details that matter.
